seems to be not affected. i watched a couple music videos in a maximized window (which shot cpu up to 100% at times), and audio did not seem to go out of sync with the video.
Also of interest might be to test what happens if we were to use queue2 and decodebin2.
turning a/v queues back off and simply using decodebin2 makes audio skip much less, if at all (still happened couple of times).
Of course, Gnash probably will end up using its own synchronisation code later. But in the meantime this patch will be of use to some people, I hope.
