In theory, not. I don't know why/how AGG fails and will have a look at
it tomorrow.
Think of the video *container* like a rectangle shape. You can apply
any kind of matrix xform (scaling, rotating, shear), altough I believe
that MM does *not* support everything for video. AGG should support
anything that is also possible for images - I think it's probably just
a little bug.
