I advice you to check whether Makefiles include all the needed header files. I had this problem before.

2007/4/23, 越峰裴 <address@hidden>:
hello
i downed gnash 0.7.2 source in ubuntu kernel 2.6.15.
but when run ./make,  i meet many errors ,the out put is like this:

container.h:625: error: expected template-name before '<' token
container.h:625: error: expected `{' before '<' token
container.h:625: error: expected unqualified-id before '<' token
container.cpp: In static member function 'static int tu_string::stricmp(const char*, const char*)':
container.cpp:177: error: '_stricmp' was not declared in this scope
make[2]: *** [container.lo ] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/mnt/hgfs/share/source/gnash-0.7.2/libbase'
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/mnt/hgfs/share/source/gnash-0.7.2'
make: *** [all] Error 2

i try to fixed some code. but when make server subdirectory  , i met too much error.
i think the release version should not be so difficult to compile. maybe something else cause this.

can somebody tell me why  and solve this problem.

cheers
Pei Yuefeng
