libtool.m4 seems to be found with

wget http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/libtool/libtool-1.5.22.tar.gz
tar xzvf libtool-1.5.22.tar.gz
cp libtool-1.5.22/libtool.m4 ......

There is an additional patch in the fedora version that seems to be related 
with 64 bit. I attach the diff to the mail.
