Details:

Test (patch #8086) succeeds on debian because they build curl with rtmp
support since [0]. On fedora they don't, see $ curl-config --protocols

434:1] 52 ERROR: CURL: Unsupported protocol
Attached log.

Any alternative way? Checking whether rtmp support is present?
