Follow-up Comment #6, bug #37802 (project gnash):
My bad, my tested font didn't actually have Chinese glyphs.
Even so, Flash 7 (Win32) still displayed the text correctly.
It seems that the primary reason the browsers (GNU/Linux) and Flash 7 (Win32)
are able to display Chinese even specified font didn't have the glyph, but
Gnash isn't; _because Gnash lacked glyph (font) substitution._
