Details:

I have lubuntu 12.04 (powerpc build) on an iBook G4 that still runs fine
(1.42GHz CPU and 512 RAM). I have installed three packages "gnash", "gnash
common" and "browser-plugin-gnash" from synaptic package manager (all maked
0.8.10-5ubuntu1). A common problem with Firefox is that Gnash will not play at
all in Firefox; and common in the sense that noone with powerpc on the Ubuntu
Forum apple section seems to be able to make it work. I have spent quite some
time on irc with expert help and still not found a way to sort it out. It
looks like the browser plugin package for powerpc is broken. Gnash player runs
fine, clear and mooth by it`s self with test video streams. An odd thing is
that Gnash Player works in Midori; player is detected fine and plays arguably
well with youtube videos (a bit jerkily). In Firefox the player doesn`t
register at all, there is only a black space where the video should appear. 

Is this a bug that is likely to be checked out by developers or testers? Gnash
is sort of one of the very few options left for powerpc.
