The tarball on the GNU mirrors
http://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/gnash/0.8.10/gnash-0.8.10.tar.bz2 is lacking the
file GnashVaapiTexture.h which causes the build to fail with configure
--enable-device=vaapi.
