Details:

Not sure if this is a _proper_ regression in that I'm not sure if the new
support was already in last official release.

Anyway it looks like all the work I've done on FB gui between November 2010
and May 2011 about handling of -j/-k and -X/-Y got removed. 

I see the code commented out in fb.cpp
