Details:

This is a video tutorial about how to tell the Italian Public Administration
that you changed something about your business:

Doesn't work with Gnash. It's an SWF7.

The Italian PA sucks pretty hard generally. The process is _really_ hard so
I'm not surprised it takes a movie to understand. Must be a  comedy...
