Details:

As of 6b47871 clicking the second time on google dict audio doesn't play again
when using GST media handler. 

See bug #33085 for the companion experience with FFMPEG media handler. With
FFMPEG though you get an UNIMPL message about seeking  while you don't get the
same with GST. Not sure it's related to seeking at all.
