Follow-up Comment #8, patch #7523 (project gnash):

Using these configure options, which currently work in the branch:

/hwaccel/configure --enable-gui=fb,gtk
--enable-renderer=cairo,agg,ovg,ogl,gles1
--enable-device=egl,x11,rawfb,direcfb

Gives me this result:

checking for OpenGL-ES headers... checking GLES2/gl2.h usability... yes
checking GLES2/gl2.h presence... yes
checking for GLES2/gl2.h... yes
-I/usr/include 
configure: OpenGL-ES implementation being used is: android 1.x
configure: error: "OpenGLES1 and OpenVG both need EGL support. See
--enable-device."

As you can see, EGL is specified.
