The plan is to drop GNASH_USE_GC macro, assuming it is set to 1.
If you see any, squash it ...
The ones implementing unneeded marking were found by dropping
the add_ref/drop_ref methods of ref_counted class, which was just
being used for self-testing (verifying refcount > 1).
