Since lots of the old tu stuff is going at the moment
(tu_config.h just gone, as well as most of tu_file and membuf), I'd be for 
combining
getclocktime.hpp and replacement for tu_timer into a new file.

Also - maybe it's a bit over-pedantic - shouldn't gnash headers have
the extension .h, not .hpp? I know we have a tree.hh, but that's
not ours...
