Vitaly, could you please try harder committing ChangeLog
togheter with the advertised changes ?
It helps tracking CVS snapshots when going back in time.

The rationale is: everytime I fetch a CVS of a given point in time
I want the ChangeLog to tell me which changes are included at
that time.
