gcc-13.3.0 status

Yesterday, gcc-13.3.0 became the latest stable release of the GNU gcc
compiler family.  At ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gcc/, the last few official
releases from oldest to newest are:

        drwxr-xr-x    2 3003     3003          4096 May  8  2023 gcc-12.3.0
        drwxr-xr-x    2 3003     3003          4096 May 29  2023 gcc-11.4.0

Notice the 8-month gap after gcc-13.2.0, an unusally long interval
between releases.

I can report that my own test suite of 50+ test programs that I have
written over the last 5 months produces identical results for the gm2
compilers from gcc major versions 13, 14, and 15.  The latter is from
the gcc-15-20240428 snapshot.
