[Gm2] macports

Hi,

I've just checked in some changes to the documentation which include a
small section on how to build gm2 under macports.  The good aspect of
this Portfile is that it potentially allows users to test the latest
release of gm2 easily.  The downside is that it only gives you a
bleeding edge version.  The documentation is very limited and can be
found here:

if anyone would like to take ownership of the Portfile in this section
please do so and improve it in any way you like :-).  I suspect more
features could be added (maybe running the regression test via a
macport 'variant' and placing the output in an accessible place).

Lastly I've not actually tested the dmg image, I wonder whether those
with more experience with OSX could have a look at it?  Any feedback
patches to documentation etc - would be welcome.

leopard machine are:
