[Gm2] latest CVS changes

Hi,

here are the recent changes taken from gm2/ChangeLog

   * implemented -Wpositive-mod-floor-div option
   * updated gm2/gm2.texi and added many switch testing
     regression tests.
   * implemented REM
   * implemented MOD, DIV, / as per ISO, PIM2, PIM3, PIM4
   * updated gm2/gm2.texi documentation to reflect the rules

basically it implements the division/modulus/remainder/divide
operators as per various definitions. The only issue not implemented
is the exception invocation when using -Wiso.  There is a new section
in the documentation (Dialects) which documents the integer division
issue. Also included is an associated testsuite runtime test for each
switch.
