Hi,
As requested, I've just implemented the -Wdef=extension
-Wmod=extension switches in gm2 and propagated the extension code
through gm2, cc1gm2, gm2l and gm2m. I've performed some small tests
and it appears to work, please could I ask you to test the code on
your project filenames as well? The -Wmakeall should also work with
-Wmod=... and -Wdef=...
