Hello,
      Ubuntu 7.10 (Gutsy Gibbon) was released on 18th october, 2007. It has been
downloaded and mirrored on the GLUG server.The URL is
http://ubuntu.glug-nith.org/isos/

If someone is using Ubuntu 7.04 (Feisty Fawn) you can use the alternate iso 
images also available in the above URL to upgrade your system as per 
instructions here:
http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/upgrading

If someone isn't too keen to upgrade using the alternate iso images please wait
for some more days by the time we create a gutsy mirror for updates, packages
so that you can upgrade your systems using update manager directly.

Soon a Gutsy mirror will be up to ease the download problems of people using 
Ubuntu in the College.

http://ubuntu.glug-nith.org/ is the URL for the Ubuntu ISO's packages in main,
unverse,multiverse and restricted repositories for i386 and x86_64 architectures
