Hi,

There is another way to do this. First let the video buffer completely
on firefox and then browse to ~./.mozilla/firefox/whatever/Cache. 


When you sort by size you will find flash videos on the top. Copy them
and play it on VLC. It works!

Sometimes you may not find those files then you need to turn your
browser to work offline to push those opened files onto Cache.
