        [Bug fixed]
        pygments-parser.la: The following setting of Universal Ctags caused no 
tag output.
        Same result if the value is not 'no'.
        
        [$HOME/.config/conf.ctags]
        +---------------------------
        |--tag-relative=always
        
        Now it works.
