       The outcome would be, of course, patches. :)  The patches might be
       worked out during the meeting or after.  The changes will be presented
       by the workgroups and voted.

   It would be nice to set up some infrastructure so maintainers not
   physically present in the GHM could also vote and participate in the
   discussion.  Jabber, irc and/or video... not sure if something like that
   could work, but the more people participating the better...

It would be nice to have something like Aadvark which the OpenGroup
uses for tracking/discussing POSIX changes.
