The locations for the university, Gnutiken centre and hostel at least
on are on openstreetmap links on http://www.gnu.org/ghm/2009 (search
for "map")

Maybe someone could make a better version with them all on the same
image.  

Incidentally, I was going to give the lat,lon coordinates from
openstreetmap as references but putting them in Google maps gives a
significantly different result --- like putting the venue in the
middle of the river (presumably a different map projection?).  I
couldn't find any documentation on that so I just left it rather than
confuse people.  I assume openstreetmap is actually the right thing to
use if it is based on gps-tracks originally.
