o Why do you claim "this is not a GNU package"? It is part of GCC, so at
least that should read "it is part of a GNU package".

o Please use "GCC" instead of "gcc" to refer to the package.

o I suggest to change to URL for Source code to
<ftp://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/gcc/>. The current version is 3.0.3, not 3.0.

o Please do not specify a bug report mailing list. Rather, refer people
 to <http:/gcc.gnu.org/bugs.html>.

o The "Developers" URL has moved to
 <http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc/Contributors.html>.

o The current version of GCC is 3.0.3, released December 20th 2001.

o Mark Mitchell is a maintainer of GCC and the release manager for GCC
3.0.x and 3.1.x, but he is not *the* maintainer of GCC, which according
to RMS the GCC Steering Committee is:

   <http://www.gnu.org/software/gcc/steering.html>

o Please add "gcc" as the first "Included Program".

o Please remove "glibc and binutils" from "Use requirements". These are
only required on GNU systems, not in general, and GCC is available for
 dozens of platforms.

o Please do not specify a bug report mailing list. Rather, refer people
 to <http:/gcc.gnu.org/bugs.html>.

o The "Developers" URL has moved to
 <http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc/Contributors.html>.
