[gfsd]new GPL'd program: rtf2htm

Hi,
I've submitted to Matt Kraai at GNU my program,
rtf2htm (http://www.geocities.com/zeyr/rtf2htm.html)
which he is in the process of listing now. 
Is there anything special that you require I do
to be able to receive bug reports on the program?
Also, can you tell me how volunteers are recruited
to work on bugs--if that were a possibility I could
add more comments to the code.
