Under Windows, Gforth's default terminal window has text a bit too small and too dim for my aging eyes. Under a MINGW terminal it runs, but history doesn't work; up-arrow moves the cursor. Does anyone have any sort of solution for Gforth to run under Windows with a terminal window of adjustable font and colors, please? Or even fixed
14pt font in high contrast would do.

you can try 'mlterm' (<http://mlterm.sourceforge.net/>). I use
'mlterm'
on MacOS, Linux and xBSD. There are Windows binaries on the webpage.

You can also use Putty as a terminal together with a local telnet
server:

Console 2 <https://github.com/cbucher/console> might also be a solution.

Best regards

Carsten
