I just took a look at the retro editor Carsten suggested. It's very similar to " blocked.fb" which you will find in the "version number" directory. In order to use the block editor, you first have to toggle an environment variable, but there are a few trade-offs to using blocks--mainly involving switchs between interpreting blocks and files, ie. 'include'-ing a file from within a block and vice-versa. Take a look at the gforth manual chapter "Blocks" for more info.
It's surprising sometimes how much ground Gforth covers. A lot of it unadvertised.
