Well, I found a couple of workarounds for the second one: 1) disable
tag binary search in vim or 2) pipe the generated tags through sort.
Still I can't make the good old Ctrl-K behave as it should. It removes
everything between the start of the current line and the cursor and
then wraps around to the last columns of the previous line.
