Summary: incorrect table HTML

Initial Comment:
If you visit the "Project Openings" page you will note 
that the table is drawn incorrectly (gray box 
underneath "GForge3 project").

This is due to line 433: the colspan parameter should 
be "4" -> it is "3".

I have submitted a patch.  If someone could reply here 
to let me know if this gets in the CVS, it'd be 
appreciated; thanks.
