Initial Comment:
Hi there,

I am trying to customize GForge 3.0 rc 2.

I set up a new theme "foobar".
Changed the default theme in /etc/gforge/local.inc to
$sys_theme='foobar';

The site is perfectly themed (foobar) as long as you 
are not logged in. But when you log in as a user 
having _NOT_ set explicitely a theme it bumps back to 
the "gforge" theme.

I guess the reason is in "www/include/pre.php"
line 115-118 where the gforge theme is hardcoded
instead of taking the values /etc/gforge/local.inc

Is this right?
How should I fix this on my local installation for not
interfering with the upcoming versions?
