Summary: Seperate Host Variables

Initial Comment:
Could we seperate $sys_default_domain into 
$sys_default_domain, and $sys_email_domain?

One pointing to user's email address, one pointing 
just to main website address? Should fix the 
gforge.org vs www.gforge.org issue :)
