Summary: Debian Packaging: some chroot homedirs aren't being created

Initial Comment:
I went installing the gforge 3rc1-2 Debian packages and
stalled at the gforge-ldap-openldap install. So I went
back, dpkg -P(urged) the package and reinstalled using
apt-get install gforge-ldap-openldap with the following
result:

apt-get install gforge-ldap-openldap
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
Sorry, gforge-ldap-openldap is already the newest version.
0 packages upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and
0  not upgraded.
3 packages not fully installed or removed.
Need to get 0B of archives. After unpacking 0B will be
used.
Reading changelogs... Done
Setting up gforge-cvs (3rc1-2) ...
Modifying inetd for cvs server
CVS usual config is changed for gforge one
--------- IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR XINETD USERS ----------
The following line will be added to your
/etc/inetd.conf file:

cvspserver      stream  tcp     nowait.400      root  
 /usr/sbin/tcpd  /usr/lib/gforge/bin/cvs-pserver

If you are indeed using xinetd, you will have to
convert the
above into /etc/xinetd.conf format, and add it
manually. See
/usr/share/doc/xinetd/README.update-inetd for more
information.
