Initial Comment:
The current gforge project homepage( 
http://gforge.org/projects/gforge/ ) contains the 
following strings.

Registered:1970-01-01 09:00
Activity Percentile:100%
View project activity statistics 

Here, the "Registered" is set to 1970. I think 
correcting to the date when the gforge first installed 
to the machine would be more reasonable.

I am this default date(1970-01-01) is set to other 
part because the debian-sf has the same problem. 
Please check the default tracker item & forum message 
also.
