Summary: I have updated the unix admin scripts

Initial Comment:
I have combined the group and user add scripts so there
is no need to have too.  Also it is a major rewrite. 
Now it is using standard unix tools to add users,
groups, shadow, and home.  You will find this MUCH
safer and standard.
