Initial Comment:
Shebang for usergroup.php cron script is inconsistent
with other cron scripts. The first line in the script is:

#! /usr/bin/php4 -f

whereas the other scripts have:

#!/usr/bin/php

There is no php4 executable on my system. However php
-v reports:

4.1.2

Would be nice to have these the same otherwise I'll
need to make symbolic links, etc.
