Initial Comment:
Debian specific CVS work needs to be moved into general
GForge. In particular, it is not at all clear how to
make CVS work as expected from the general beta1
tarball. Actually, it probably isn't possible without
the hacked cvsweb.cgi (and other Deb specific files) in
the repository but not in the tarball.
