Summary: forums additions to track version of gforge

Initial Comment:
I would like when people add questions to the forums,
tasks, trackers, files etc that there be a drop down
for what version of gforge(or project) they are using.
 A bug in the forum may be release specific you cannot
really tell without checking other lists, cvs, bug
trackers etc.
