[Geiser-users] Patch to move the copyright text to the beginning of the Top node

At present, the copyright information appears at the bottom
of the Top node in Geiser's Info file.  This patch moves that
text to the beginning of the Top node so that it follows the
practice used in the Guile, Emacs, Emacs Lisp, and Texinfo
manuals, among others.
