Dear Barter Club Owner:
We are the BALBOA CLUB & TOWERS in Mazatlan, Mexico. We would like to barter our CLUB MEMBERSHIPS and TIMESHARES for advertising and many other trade and barter items. We are in the process of adding another tower and casino to our properties, along with a new Westin Hotel.
The Balboa Club was started in 1955 and we have affiliates all over the world. In 1984 we built 52 units strictly for timesharing and immediately sold our complete inventory. We are in the heart of Mazatlan's "Golden Zone". A "Senor Frog's clothing store is on the main floor of the Balboa Tower.
Our new tower is being built at the very exclusive Balboa Club. For the first time in 46 years we are beginning to sell EQUITY CLUB MEMBERSHIPS. This is due to the fact that President of Mexico (President Vicente Fox) is in favor of casino gambling in Mexico and we hope to build the first casino in Mazatlan.
