I'm not sure if I grok you properly... Multiple bookmark groups means:
multiple [local_bookmarks] or [smb_bookmarks] entries
in ./gnome2/gnome-commander cfg file, right? If so, probably yes - in
the worst case gcmd will just ignore them, but IMHO it should work.
