[gcmd-dev] mimetype of .avi

I wanted to open avi files with avidemux by default. The mimetype is reported 
(both from gcmd and nautilus) as video/x-msvideo. 

So i hacked a line in ~/.local/share/applications/mimeinfo.cache which contains 
the 'default' applications:

video/x-msvideo=avidemux.desktop;mplayer.desktop;totem.desktop;

but it didn't work. By case i found out that this one works:

video/x-avi=avidemux.desktop;mplayer.desktop;totem.desktop;


btw. The file mimerapps.list seems to take no effect at all anymore. Maybe it's 
obsolete now.
