[gcmd-dev] [NEW] Send files via email or instant messenger (using nautilus-sendto)

These commits (#1159 & #1160) add support for sending selected files via
email or IM. The change adds:

        * 'send mail' button to the toolbar
        * 'send mail' entry to the RMB context menu
        * 'file.sendto' user action for custom key assignment in the
        config
        
The feature requires working nautilus-sendto
