Greetings, and thanks for your report!

gcc's default inline function semantics have changed.  GCL has adjusted
in git branch 2.6.13pre and master.  For 2.6.12, I think there is a gcc
flag indicating that the old inline function semantics be used instead.
If you have difficulty finding it, please let me know and I'll dig
around.
