Greetings!  Unfortunately, not yet.  It should belong in gcl-si.  The
interface itself needs some work, but is basically functional now.  I
was putting the docs off until finalizing the interface.  If you would
like to take a crack at an gcl-si.texi patch, we'd be happy to include
