Sorry if i formulated this badly: i didn't want to imply that
MOP is part of the ANSI standard - i just wanted to know about
the current status of MOP compliance (MOP as defined in AMOP)
in general (my code makes moderatly heavy use of MOP features
and that's the part i can't really port ...).
