IsLisp is similar to a subset of Common Lisp, but there are
differences. It's been a long time since I looked at IsLisp,
though, so I can't fill in any of the details.
I'm not sure what role you have in mind for the Islisp spec
as a documentation base for GCL. Does there have to be
separate documentation for the whole language (separate from
the CL Hyperspec)?
