I'll also add that CLISP (byte) compiles rather rapidly. I could go through size 10K random forms at a rate of about 1 every 2 seconds. gcl (on the same machine) is taking more than a minute per form of that size. So reaching the same level of confidence will require a month or more (or use of many machines). Paul
