Sure, just get

ftp::ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/a/axiom/axiom_0.0.0cvs-11.diff.gz

and look at the files debian/patch.all, debian/patch.save,
debian/patch.nosave, and how they are invoked in debian/rules.
