Hi Camm.

Our Savannah developer web site:

  http://savannah.gnu.org/projects/gcl/

states that GCL is licenced under GPL2 or greater, whereas we distribute the
text of LGPL 2 with GCL source (and with the Windows 2.5.2 binary).  This
conforms with our home page:

  http://www.gnu.org/software/gcl/

I think that the Savannah licence reference might need to be clarified.
